If your custom product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., structural flaws, unintended damage from production) that is not related to the custom design specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion (no cash refunds for custom items). To qualify, you must provide clear photos of the defect and the original packaging.

If we ship an item that does not match your confirmed custom order (e.g., wrong design, incorrect personalization) due to our error, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at our expense) and ship the correct custom product as soon as possible.
